17844 - From Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: It is written in the Torah: "Allah has indeed prepared for those whose sides forsake their beds what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and has not crossed the heart of any human, nor does any brought-near angel or sent prophet know it." And it is in the Quran: "And no soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes" (1).
17845 - From Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), who said: Allah the Almighty says: "I have prepared for My righteous servants what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and has not crossed the heart of any human." Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Read, if you wish: 'And no soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes'" (2).
17846 - From 'Amir ibn 'Abd al-Wahid (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: It reached me that a man from the people of Paradise remains in his place for seventy years, then he looks around and finds himself with a woman more beautiful than what he was in. She says to him: "It is time for us to have a portion of you." He says: "Who are you?" She says: "I am the 'More' (Mazid)." So he remains with her for seventy years, then he looks around and finds himself with a woman more beautiful than what he was in. She says: "It is time for us to have a portion of you." He says: "Who are you?" She says: "I am that which Allah said: 'And no soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes'" (3).
17847 - From Ka'b who said: I shall describe for you the dwelling of a person from the people of Paradise who used to seek what was lawful in the world, and eat what was lawful, until he met Allah upon that. He is given on the Day of Resurrection a palace of a single pearl, having no crack or joint. In it are seventy thousand rooms, and beneath the rooms are seventy thousand houses. In every house, its ceiling is plates of gold and silver, not joined. Were it not that Allah subjected its view to him, his sight would have gone from its light. The width of the wall is twelve miles, and its height in the sky is seventy miles. In every house are seventy thousand doors; in every house, from every door, seventy thousand servants enter upon him whom neither those who are in this house nor those who are in that house see. When he goes out into his palace, he becomes in a kingdom the size of the lifespan of the world. He walks in his kingdom to his right, to his left, and behind him, and his wives are with him, and no male is with him other than him. Before him are angels who have been subjected to him; between him and his wives is a veil, and before him is a veil, and male and female attendants who have been made to understand what he desires and what his wives desire.

١٧٨٤٤ - عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال: إنه لمكتوب في التوراة «لقد أعد الله للذين تتجافى جنوبهم عن المضاجع ما لم تر عين، ولم تسمع أذن ولم يخطر على قلب بشر ولا يعلم ملك مقرب ولا نبي مرسل، وإنه لفي القرآن فَلا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أُخْفِيَ لَهُمْ مِنْ قُرَّةِ أعين «١» .
١٧٨٤٥ - عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: قال الله تعالى: أعددت لعبادي الصالحين مَا لَا عَيْنٌ رَأَتْ وَلا أَذِنٌ سَمِعَتْ، ولا خطر علي قلب بشر، قال أبو هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: اقرءوا إِنَّ شئتم فَلا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أُخْفِيَ لَهُمْ مِنْ قُرَّةِ أعين «٢» .
١٧٨٤٦ - عن عامر بن عبد الواحد رضي الله عنه قال: بلغني أن الرجل من أهل الجنة يمكث في مكانه سبعين سنة، ثم يلتفت فإذا هو بامرأة أحسن مما كان فيه فتقول له قد آن لك أن يكون لنا منك نصيب فيقول: من أنت؟ فتقول: أنا مزيد فيمكث معها سبعين سنة ويلتفت فإذا هو بامرأة أحسن مما كان فيه فتقول: قد آن لك أن يكون لنا منك نصيب فيقول: من أنت؟ فتقول: أنا الذي قال الله: فَلا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أخفي لهم من قرة أعين «٣» .
١٧٨٤٧ - عن كعب قال: سأصف لكم منزل من أهل الجنة كان يطلب في الدنيا حلالها، ويأكل حلالها، حتى لقى الله على ذلك، فإنه يعطى يوم القيامة قصرًا من لؤلؤة واحدة ليس فيها صدع ولا وصل، فيها سبعون ألف غرفة، وأسفل الغرف سبعون ألف بيت، في كل بيت سقفه صفائح الذهب والفضة ليس بموصول، ولولا أن الله سخر له النظر إليه لذهب بصره من نوره، عرض الحائط اثنا عشر ميلًا وطوله في السماء سبعون ميلًا، في كل بيت سبعون ألف باب يدخل عليه في كل بيت من كل باب سبعون ألف خادم لا يراهم من في هذا البيت، ولا من في هذا البيت، فإذا خرج في قصره صار في ملكه مثل عمر الدنيا، يسير في ملكه عن يمينه وعن يساره ومن ورائه وأزواجه معه وليس معه ذكر غيره ومن بين يديه ملائكة قد سخروا له بينه وبين أزواجه ستر، وبين يديه ستر ووصفاء ووصائف قد أفهموا ما يشتهي وما يشتهي
