Al-Baghdadi mentioned 'Gharib al-Hadith' as a work by him, then mentioned 'Qun'at al-Arib' after it (2).
24 - Fatawa wa Masa'il Manthurah (Legal Opinions and Scattered Issues).
Ibn Rajab mentioned it, saying: 'Fatawa wa masa'il manthurah wa rasa'il shatta kathirah' (Legal opinions, scattered issues, and many various treatises).
Ibn al-'Imad mentioned it likewise, saying: 'Wa rasa'il shay' kathir' (And many treatises) (3).
25 - Fada'il al-Sahabah (The Virtues of the Companions).
It was mentioned by Yaqut, Sibt ibn al-Jawzi, and al-Dhahabi, who said it is a small volume. It was also mentioned by al-Safadi, and by Ibn Rajab who both stated it is in two parts. Al-Baghdadi also mentioned it. Ibn Rajab said: 'I believe it is [the same as] Minhaj al-Qasidin fi Fadl al-Khulafa' al-Rashidin' (4).
26 - Fada'il 'Ashura' (The Virtues of 'Ashura').
It was mentioned by Sibt ibn al-Jawzi and al-Dhahabi, who named it only 'Ashura' after mentioning Fada'il al-'Ashr, and stated it is in [multiple] parts. It was mentioned by al-Safadi and Ibn Shakir, who named it 'Fadl 'Ashura' and stated it is one part. Ibn Rajab also mentioned it and stated it is one part (5).
