The second part, from another manuscript from the endowment (waqf) of Barsbay, will be described later, as it is preserved in the Egyptian National Library under no. 21 Fiqh Hanbali.
The fourth part, beginning with Kitab al-Salam (The Contract of Advance Sale) and ending with the end of Kitab al-'Ariyah (The Contract of Loan). On the title page is the previously mentioned endowment note of Barsbay and the purchase note of Ibn Ma'ruf. The part is written in Naskhi script, consists of 209 folios, with a layout of 25 lines per page.
The fifth part, beginning with Kitab al-Ghasb (Usurpation) and ending with the end of Kitab al-Luqatah (The Found Item). On the title page are the previously mentioned endowment note of Barsbay and the ownership note of Ibn Ma'ruf, as well as the ownership note of Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Hanbali, which also appears at the end of the manuscript.
The part was written in Naskhi script by 'Abd Allah ibn Ahmad ibn Yusuf al-Badr in the months of the year 734 AH. It contains collation notes and consists of 217 folios, with a layout of 25 lines per page.
The sixth part, according to the arrangement of the chapters in the previous and subsequent parts. It is written on its binding as the second, but it is stated at its end that it is the seventh. It is incomplete from the beginning, and the beginning of what exists of it is: "...releasing her while in his sound health. Al-Shafi'i said: She is freed, but she does not inherit, because if she were to inherit, her manumission would be a bequest to an heir," from Kitab al-Wasaya (Bequests), and it ends with the end of Kitab Qasm al-Fay' wa al-Ghanimah wa al-Sadaqah (The Division of Spoils, Booty, and Charity). At its end is stated: "The Shaykh, may God have mercy on him, said: The end of the second quarter, and praise be to God, a much, good, and blessed praise... Its completion was agreed upon on Tuesday, the 14th of Rabi' al-Awwal, in the year 607 AH... The end of the fiftieth part of the parts of the Shaykh, may God have mercy on him, and it is the end of the seventh volume of this manuscript. It will be followed, if God Almighty wills, in the eighth [volume] by Kitab al-Nikah (Marriage), and to God be the praise and favor." On the back of the last folio, this listening note (sama') appears: "This volume and the one before it were read to me by its owner, the jurist, Imam, and scholar Abu 'Abd Allah Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rahim ibn 'Abd al-Wahid al-Maqdisi, a good, mastered reading that indicates his understanding, in sessions the last of which was Saturday, the 6th of Muharram, in the year 643 AH, and I authorized him to narrate it from me"
