At the beginning of the volume are the endowment and ownership notes. On the first few folios, there are signs of woodworm damage. The part was written in Naskhi script and consists of 242 folios, with a layout of 19 lines per page.
The twelfth part, starting with Kitab al-Qada' (The Book of Judiciary) and ending with the end of the book. At the beginning of the volume are the endowment and ownership notes. At the end of it, it states: "Completed its writing and what preceded it from the rest of the book... Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Salman al-Sarhi... This is the third copy of Al-Mughni, and this coincided with Sunday, the eighth of the blessed month of Ramadan, in the year seven hundred and thirty-six (Hijri)." The part was written in Naskhi script and consists of 228 folios, with a layout of 19 lines per page.
3 - A copy preserved under number 18 (Hanbali Fiqh), sourced from the Al-Mu'ayyad Shaykh Mosque, consisting of nine parts:
The first part, missing its beginning. The first part available of it is: "And if he performed ablution from a small amount of water and then prayed, and then found impurity in it," from Kitab al-Taharah (The Book of Purification). It is also missing its end, and the last part available of it is: "And it is apparent that whenever [the Imam] precedes him by two pillars, he must seek that rak'ah, and if he precedes him by less than that, he performs it and catches up with him," from "Section: If the Imam precedes the follower by a full pillar..." The part was written in Naskhi script; it has been compared and corrected, contains few marginalia, and shows signs of moisture and pasting. It consists of 210 folios, with a layout of 23 lines per page.
The second part, missing its beginning. The first part available of it is: "Also, one of them is what invalidates the prayer intentionally, such as the Taslim (salutation) and the speech of humans. So if he performs it by mistake and says the Taslim in a place other than its proper place, he prostrates [for forgetfulness]," from the chapter on the two prostrations of forgetfulness (Sujud al-Sahw). It ends with: "And howsoever he divides it after placing it in the categories that Allah the Exalted has named, it is permissible. And Allah knows best," at the end of "Section: If a man undertakes the distribution of his own Zakat." The part was written in Naskhi script and was completed by Ahmad ibn 'Ali al-Hanafi on Monday, the twentieth of Jumada al-Akhirah, in the year seven hundred and twenty-three.
