The third part, missing its beginning. The first part available of it is: "Section: If he has no more than a sa' [of food], he shall pay it on behalf of himself," from Kitab al-Zakat (The Book of Zakat). It is also missing its end, and the last part available of it is: "And it is measured against this, likewise, every blood [compensation] made obligatory due to the omission of a mandatory duty," from: "Section: The Hady [sacrificial animal] and the mandatory offering for other than a vow is divided into two categories," from the chapter on Fidyah (expiation) and the penalty for hunting. The part was written in Naskhi script and consists of 198 folios, with a layout of 23 lines per page.
The fifth part, beginning with Kitab al-Salam (The Book of Forward Sales). It is missing its end, and the last part available of it is: "And if they differ concerning that after a period has passed for which there is a similar wage..." from "Section: If the owner of the mount and its rider differ, and the rider says it is a loan..." from Kitab al-'Ariyah (The Book of Lending). At the end of the part is the endowment note of Al-Malik al-Mu'ayyad to the Mu'ayyadi Mosque. The part was written in Naskhi script, has been compared, and consists of 237 folios, with a layout of 27 lines per page.
The sixth part, missing its beginning. The first part available of it is: "A people shall rise for Jihad who suffice in their fighting," from the early parts of Kitab al-Jihad (The Book of Jihad). It ends with the end of "Section: The Luqatah [lost property] and the Laqit [foundling]..." and the last thing mentioned in it is: "due to kinship, nor manumission, nor marital tie, so he does not inherit like a stranger, and there is discussion regarding the Hadith. End of the sixth part." The position of this part, according to its chapters, is the eleventh in the arrangement of this copy. The part was annotated in Naskhi script by Ahmad ibn 'Ali ibn Aydigmush on the tenth of the blessed Sha'ban in the year seven hundred and twenty-four. It is followed by: "It is succeeded in the following part by Kitab al-Wadi'ah (The Book of Deposits)." This indicates a significant disorder in the part, as the following book, Kitab al-Wadi'ah, comes twenty books before the Kitab al-Jihad with which the part began. The part consists of 215 folios, with a layout of 27 lines per page.
The seventh part, beginning with Kitab al-Wasiyyah (The Book of Wills), and ending with the end of Kitab Qismat al-Fay' wa al-Ghanimah wa al-Sadaqah (The Book of the Distribution of Spoils, Booty, and Charity). On the title page: "Praise be to Allah, this part was endowed"
