The ninth part, beginning with the completion of the chapter on the explicit pronouncement of divorce and otherwise, at "Section: If he says, 'You are divorced yesterday,' and he has no intention..." and ending with the chapter on the maintenance of slaves. The last thing mentioned in it is: "and his mother's milk is created for him, so it is like the child of the slave woman. And Allah knows best." The part was written in Naskhi script by the scribe of the two previous parts. He completed it on Monday, with nine nights remaining in Rabi' al-Akhir of the year seven hundred and sixteen. At the beginning of the part is the aforementioned endowment note. It has been compared and consists of 188 folios, with a layout of 30 lines per page.

The twelfth part, missing its beginning. The first part available of it is: "He turned away from me, then became alert and I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, she is lying.' He said, 'How so, when she has claimed that?' Agreed upon." from "Issue: It is accepted concerning matters that men do not have access to, such as breastfeeding and childbirth," from Kitab al-Shahadat (The Book of Testimony). It ends with the end of the book. The part was written by the scribe of the three previous parts, and he completed it on the night whose morning would be Thursday, the middle of the month of Safar, in the year seven hundred and seventeen. There is pasting on the final pages, the part has been compared, and it consists of 172 folios, with a layout of 28 lines per page.
