The third part, beginning with Kitab al-Zakah (The Book of Zakat) and ending with the end of the chapter on what a Muhrim (a pilgrim in Ihram) must avoid and what is permitted for him, from Kitab al-Hajj (The Book of Hajj). On the part is the aforementioned endowment phrase. It was written in Naskhi script. It was completed by 'Ali ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Shabib al-Harrani, the scribe of the last four parts of the previous copy, on the night whose morning would be Sunday, with three nights remaining in the month of Dhu al-Hijjah in the year seven hundred and thirteen. As he completed it, he and what preceded it were compared against a copy that had been compared with the author's original. It consists of 206 folios, with a layout of 28 lines per page.

The fifth part, beginning with Kitab al-Sulh (The Book of Reconciliation) and ending with the end of the Damant (Guarantees) and the issues of the Sobra (pile of food), before Kitab Ihya' al-Mawat (The Book of Reviving Dead Land). On its front is the aforementioned endowment. The pasting at its beginning has been lost along with parts of some of its folios, and it has also been affected by humidity. The part was written in a beautiful Naskhi script and consists of 295 folios, with a layout of 23 lines per page.

The seventh part, beginning with Kitab al-Wadi'ah (The Book of Deposits) and ending during Kitab al-Talaq (The Book of Divorce) before "Sections on the conditional pronouncement of divorce." On the front of the part is the aforementioned endowment. It was written in a beautiful Naskhi script on the eighteenth of Shawwal in the year seven hundred twenty-four. It contains corrections and consists of 259 folios, with a layout of 23 lines per page.

The ninth part, beginning with Bab al-Qawad (The Chapter on Retaliation) and ending with the end of Al-Jinayat (Crimes). On its front is the aforementioned endowment. It was written in a beautiful Naskhi script. Its scribe completed it on Sunday in Jumada al-Akhirah in the year seven hundred twenty-five. It consists of 261 folios, with a layout of 23 lines per page.

The tenth part, missing its beginning. The first available portion of it is: "All people are infantry until Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz took charge and he disallowed that," during "Issue: The infantryman is given one share," from Kitab al-Jihad (The Book of Jihad). It ends with the end of the chapters on Nadhr (Vows). The part was written in Naskhi script, and its completion was in the month of Ramadan in the year seven hundred twenty-five. It consists of 210 folios, with a layout of 23 lines per page.
