114 - Muḥammad ibn Yazīd al-Ādamī narrated to me, saying: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Rajāʾ narrated to us, from Yūnus ibn Yazīd, who said: I asked Rabīʿa ibn Abī ʿAbd al-Raḥmān: What is the utmost limit of patience? He said: “That on the day the affliction strikes him, he is just as he was before it.”
