171 - Aḥmad ibn Jamīl al-Marwazī narrated to me, saying: ʿAbd Allāh ibn al-Mubārak informed us, saying: Yūnus informed us, from al-Zuhrī, from Anas ibn Mālik, who said: The Messenger of Allah Peace and blessings of God be upon him said to the Helpers (Ansar): “Indeed, you will experience severe favoritism, so be patient until you meet Allah and His Messenger, for I am at the Basin (The Prophet's pool on the Day of Judgment).” They said: We shall be patient.
