121 - Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Hazim informed us, saying: Ishaq ibn Mansur narrated to us that he asked Abu 'Abd Allah [Ahmad ibn Hanbal] regarding the Haruriyyah [a sect of the Khawarij] who fought and then were captured: "Whatever they seized of property during that [rebellion], is it upon them [to return or replace it]?" He replied: "Everything they obtained of anything in that regard is upon them." Ishaq ibn Mansur said: Ishaq ibn Rahawayh said the same.
