132 - Harb ibn Isma'il al-Kirmani informed me, saying: I said to Ahmad ibn Hanbal: 'Should a man sell his slave to the Khawarij?' He said: 'No.' I said: 'Should he sell them food and clothing?' He said: 'No.' I said: 'What if they force him to do so, while he detests all of that?' [I further] asked: 'Should he buy from them?' He said: 'He should not buy, and he should not sell.'
