160 - Abu Bakr al-Marrudhi informed us, saying: It was read to Abu 'Abd Allah, from Ibn Mahdi, from Sufyan, from 'Abd Allah ibn al-Hasan, from Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn Talha, from 'Abd Allah ibn 'Amr, from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: "Whoever has his property sought unjustly, and he fights and is killed, then he is a martyr."
١٦٠ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ، قَالَ: قُرِئَ عَلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ⦗١٦٩⦘ ابْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ، فَقَاتَلَ فَقُتِلَ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ»
