179 - And al-Maymuni informed me, saying: Ibn Hanbal narrated to us, saying: 'Abd Allah ibn Idris narrated to us, saying: 'Ubayd Allah narrated to us, from Nafi': That a thief entered upon them, so Ibn 'Umar drew his sword against him; and had we left him, he would have killed him.
١٧٩ - وَأَخْبَرَنِي الْمَيْمُونِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا ابْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، قَالَ: ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ: أَنَّ لِصًّا دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ، فَأَصْلَتَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَلَيْهِ بِالسَّيْفِ، فَلَوْ تَرَكْنَاهُ لَقَتَلَهُ "
