He said: There is a narration reported from Umar, may Allah have mercy on him, which Al-Zuhri reports from Al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Ubayd ibn Umayr: "That a man was a guest of some people from Hudhayl and sought to force a woman upon herself, so she struck him with a stone and killed him. Umar then said: 'By Allah, he shall never be granted blood money (diya).'"
قَالَ: إِنَّ فِي حَدِيثٍ يُرْوَى عَنْ عُمَرَ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ، يَرْوِيهِ الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ: " أَنَّ رَجُلًا ضَافَ نَاسًا مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ فَأَرَادَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى نَفْسِهَا فَرَمَتْهُ بِحَجَرٍ فَقَتَلَتْهُ، فَقَالَ: وَاللَّهِ لَا يُودَى أَبَدًا "
