193 - 'Imran ibn Bakkar narrated to us, [who said:] Ahmad ibn Khalid al-Wahbi narrated to us, [who said:] Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Talha ibn 'Abd Allah ibn 'Awf, from Sa'id ibn Zayd, from the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), who said: "Whoever is killed in defense of his property, he is a martyr."
١٩٣ - وَحَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْوَهْبِيُّ، ثَنَا ⦗١٨٥⦘ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ»
