194 - Al-Husayn ibn 'Abd al-Hamid al-Maymuni narrated to us, [who said:] Yahya ibn al-Sakan narrated to us, [who said:] Sulayman ibn Kathir narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Talha ibn 'Abd Allah, from Sa'id ibn Zayd ibn 'Amr ibn Nufayl, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever is killed in defense of his property, he is a martyr."
١٩٤ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْمَيْمُونِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ السَّكَنِ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ»
