212 - It was read to Abdullah ibn Ahmad, who said: My father narrated to me, saying: Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, who said: I asked Al-Suddi regarding [the verse]: "They recognize the favor of Allah, then they deny it" [Al-Nahl: 83]; he said: "[It is] Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace."
٢١٢ - قُرِئَ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ: ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ السُّدِّيَّ {يَعْرِفُونَ نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُنْكِرُونَهَا} قَالَ: «مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
