48 - Muhammad informed us, saying: Waki' reported, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, regarding His saying—the Exalted: "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you" [An-Nisa: 59], he said: "[They are] the rulers."
