81 - Muhammad ibn Ali and Muhammad ibn Abi Harun informed me that Hamdan ibn Ali narrated to them, saying: "I mentioned to Ahmad the hadith of al-A'mash, the hadith of Thawban: 'Be upright for the sake of Quraysh as long as they are upright for you.' He said: Waki' narrated to us, saying: 'Be upright for the sake of Quraysh as long as they are upright for you.' Up to this point only."
