373 - Abd Allah b. Ahmad b. Hanbal informed us, saying: My father narrated to me, saying: I heard Sufyan b. Uyayna saying regarding the phrase: "wa an’ama" (and they were blessed/have done well) and "ahlan" (welcome); he means the hadith of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "Indeed, Abu Bakr and Umar are of them, and they have done well..."
٣٧٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ بْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ، يَقُولُ: وَأَنْعَمَا: وَأَهْلًا، يَعْنِي حَدِيثَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إٍنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ مِنْهُمْ وَأَنْعَمَا. . .
