381 - 'Abd al-Malik al-Maymuni informed me, he said: Abu al-Nadr reported to us, he said: Shu'bah reported to us, from 'Amr b. Murrah, he said: I heard 'Abd Allah b. Salamah, he said: I heard 'Ali saying: "Shall I not inform you of the best of people after the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him? Abu Bakr, and after Abu Bakr, 'Umar."
٣٨١ - أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ الْمَيْمُونِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، قَالَ: ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا، يَقُولُ: أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِخَيْرِ النَّاسِ، بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَبَعْدَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عُمَرُ "
