577 - And 'Abd Allah ibn Ahmad informed us, saying: Mahmud ibn Ghaylan narrated to us, saying: Hujayn ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, saying: al-Majishun narrated to us, from 'Ubayd Allah, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar: "We used to say during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: 'Abu Bakr, and 'Umar, and 'Uthman,' and this would reach the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he would not disapprove of it for us."
٥٧٧ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، قَالَ: ثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، قَالَ: ثَنَا حُجَيْنُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ: ثَنَا الْمَاجِشُونُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، كُنَّا نَقُولُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ، وَيَبْلُغُ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَا يُنْكِرْهُ عَلَيْنَا "
