599 - Muhammad ibn Musa informed me that Hubaysh ibn Sindi narrated to them, having heard Abu 'Abd Allah, when the person who asked him—who was a stranger—said to him: "I do not understand what you mean by saying: 'Whoever says "And 'Ali," I would not rebuke him.'" So he said to him: "You say: 'And 'Ali.'"
٥٩٩ - وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنَّ حُبَيْشَ بْنَ سِنْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَهُمْ، سَمِعَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَقَالَ لَهُ الَّذِي سَأَلَهُ، وَكَانَ غَرِيبًا: لَا أَدْرِي مَا تَقُولُ: وَمَنْ قَالَ: عَلِيٌّ لَمْ أُعَنِّفْهُ. فَقَالَ لَهُ: قُلْ أَنْتَ: وَعَلِيٌّ "
