761 - Abd Allah ibn Ahmad informed us, saying: I heard my father saying regarding the hadith of Jubayr ibn Mut'im: "I lost a camel and went searching for it, and behold, I saw the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and I said: 'This [man] is from the Hums.'" He said: "The Hums are the Quraysh and those who allied with them."
٧٦١ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ فِي حَدِيثِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ: " أَضْلَلْتُ بَعِيرًا فَذَهَبْتُ أَطْلُبُهُ، فَإِذَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ: هَذَا مِنَ الْحُمْسِ "، قَالَ ⦗٤٧٩⦘: «الْحُمْسُ قُرَيْشٌ وَمَنْ وَالَأَهَا»
