405 - Muhammad ibn Abi Harun informed me, saying: Hamdan ibn 'Ali said: I heard Abu 'Abd Allah say: "There was no pledge of allegiance among the people more confirmed than that of 'Uthman; it was by their unanimous consensus."
٤٠٥ - أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي هَارُونَ، قَالَ: قَالَ حَمْدَانُ بْنُ عَلِي: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: «مَا كَانَ فِي الْقَوْمِ أَوْكَدُ بَيْعَةً مِنْ عُثْمَانَ، كَانَتْ بِإِجْمَاعِهِمْ»
