971 - Abu Bakr al-Marrudhi informed us, saying: Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, saying: Ibrahim ibn Shammas narrated to us, saying: Al-Khalil al-Nahwi (the Grammarian) said: "If you say: 'I am a believer,' then what remains?"
٩٧١ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ شَمَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ الْخَلِيلُ النَّحْوِيُّ: " إِذَا قُلْتَ: إِنِّي مُؤْمِنٌ، فَأَيُّ شَيْءٍ بَقِيَ "
