792 - Ahmad ibn Hamdawayh informed me, saying: Muhammad ibn Abi 'Abdullah narrated to us, saying: Ahmad ibn Sa'id narrated to us, saying: I asked Abu 'Ubayd al-Qasim ibn Sallam, and he said: "There is no share for the Rafidi in the fai' (spoils of war taken without fighting) and the ghanimah (spoils of war taken through fighting), because of the word of Allah when He mentioned the verse of the fai' at the end of Surah al-Hashr, for He said at the end of the verse of the fai': {And those who came after them}."
٧٩٢ - أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ، قَالَ: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ سَلَّامٍ فَقَالَ: " لَا حَظَّ لِلرَّافِضِيِّ فِي الْفَيْءِ وَالْغَنِيمَةِ؛ لِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ حِينَ ذَكَرَ آيَةَ الْفَيْءِ فِي آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْحَشْرِ فَقَالَ فِي آخِرِ آيَةِ الْفَيْءِ: {وَالَّذِينَ جَاءُوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ} "
