The severity [of the prohibition] against those who record hadiths that contain disparagement of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
التَّغْلِيظُ عَلَى مَنْ كَتَبَ الْأَحَادِيثَ الَّتِي فِيهَا طَعْنٌ عَلَى أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
