Abd al-Razzaq said: And Ma'mar said: Al-Zuhri said: "We consider Islam to be the declaration [of faith] and faith [al-iman] to be the deeds." Abu Abd Allah approved of this.
قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: وَقَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: «فَنَرَى الْإِسْلَامَ الْكَلِمَةَ وَالْإِيمَانَ الْعَمَلَ» ، فَاسْتَحْسَنَهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ
