1294 - He [Abu 'Abd Allah] said: 'Abd Allah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from al-Salt, from 'Amir, from Ibn Mas'ud, who said: "Insulting a believer is an act of wickedness (fisq), and laying hands upon him [threatening him] is an act of disbelief (kufr)."
