1296 - Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, saying: Isma'il narrated to us, saying: Sulayman al-Taymi narrated to us, from Abu 'Amr al-Shaybani, who said: Ibn Mas'ud said: "Insulting the Muslim—or he said: the believer—is wickedness (fisq), and fighting him is disbelief (kufr)."
