1315 - He said: Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur, who said: I heard Abu Wa'il narrating from a man, from Jarir, that he said: "I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) to establish prayer, to give zakat, to offer sincere advice to every Muslim, and to separate from the polytheist."
