1316 - He said: Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, from Abu Wa'il, from Jarir, who said: "I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) to establish prayer, to give zakat, to offer sincere advice to every Muslim, to separate from the polytheist, and a word whose meaning is the same as this."
