1414 - Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ma'mar, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas regarding {And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers} [Al-Ma'idah: 44], who said: "It is an act of kufr (disbelief) in relation to it, but it is not like the one who disbelieves in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers."
