And it was narrated from al-Hasan that he said: "If he repents, faith returns to him." It has also been said: "He exits from [the state of] faith to [the state of] Islam, but he does not exit from Islam."
وَرُوِي، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: " إِنْ رَاجَعَ رَاجَعَهُ الْإِيمَانُ. وَقَدْ قِيلَ: يَخْرُجُ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، وَلَا يَخْرُجُ مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ "
