1682 - Sulayman informed us, saying: Ahmad ibn Hafs narrated to me, saying: My father narrated to me, saying: Ibrahim ibn Tahman said: "I have never mentioned him, nor has he been mentioned in my presence, except that I prayed against him. How great is the calamity that the people of the Qibla have inherited from this great speech of his," meaning Jahm.
١٦٨٢ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، قَالَ: ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، قَالَ: قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ: «مَا ذَكَرْتُهُ وَلَا ذُكِرَ عِنْدِي إِلَّا دَعَوْتُ اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ، مَا أَعْظَمَ مَا أُورِثَ أَهْلُ الْقِبْلَةِ مِنْ مَنْطِقِهِ هَذَا الْعَظِيمِ» ، يَعْنِي جَهْمًا
