1745 - Abu Dawud informed us, saying: Abu Bakr ibn Khallad al-Bahili—[who is] Muhammad ibn Khallad—narrated to us, saying: I heard Waki' say regarding al-Marisi in Mina: "If I were asked about him, I would order them to demand he repent. If he repents, [it is well], otherwise I would order them to shed his blood, or kill him, or crucify him."
١٧٤٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ وَكِيعًا يَقُولُ لِلْمِرِّيسِيِّ بِمِنًى: «إِنْ سَأَلْتُ عَنْهُ أَمَرْتُهُمْ أَنْ يَسْتَتِيبُوهُ، فَإِنْ تَابَ وَإِلَّا أَمَرْتُهُمْ أَنْ يَسْفِكُوا دَمَهُ، أَوْ يَقْتُلُوهُ، أَوْ يَصْلِبُوهُ»
