1770 - Abd al-Malik ibn Abd al-Hamid informed me, saying: Abu Abd Allah [Ahmad ibn Hanbal] said to me, while mentioning the Jahmiyyah and what they do: "There is no life left in the people."
١٧٧٠ - أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، قَالَ: قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَذَكَرَ الْجَهْمِيَّةَ وَمَا يَصْنَعُونَ، قَالَ: «لَيْسَ بِالنَّاسِ حَيَاةٌ»
