1808 - Abu Bakr al-Marwudhi informed us, saying: I asked Abu Abd Allah about performing the funeral prayer for the Waqifi, meaning if he dies? He said: "Do not perform the prayer for him."
١٨٠٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ عَلَى الْوَاقِفِيِّ، يَعْنِي إِذَا مَاتَ؟ قَالَ: «لَا تُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ»
