1816 - Yusuf ibn Musa informed me that it was said to Abu 'Abd Allah: "What about the one who refrains from taking a position (waqif)?" He replied: "He is to be spoken to and addressed regarding that; if he refuses, he is to be shunned (hajr)."
١٨١٦ - أَخْبَرَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قِيلَ لَهُ: فَمَنْ وَقَفَ؟ قَالَ: «يُقَالَ لَهُ، وَيُكَلَّمُ فِي ذَاكَ، فَإِنْ أَبَى هُجِرَ»
