1490 - Abd al-Malik informed me, he said: Abu al-Nadr Hashim ibn al-Qasim narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he said: I heard Abu Wa'il say: I heard Abd Allah say: "If a man says to another man, 'You are an enemy to me,' then one of them has committed kufr (disbelief) against Islam."
