1529 - He said: Abu Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, he said: Zakariya al-'Abdi narrated to us, from Abu Wa'il, he said: I heard 'Abd Allah say: "It is an act of disbelief in Allah to disavow one's lineage, even if it is obscure; and it is an act of disbelief in Allah to claim a lineage that is not known."
