86 - 'Abdullāh narrated to us, he said: And it was narrated to me from Muṣ'ab ibn Salām, 'Uyayna ibn 'Abd al-Raḥmān narrated to us, from his father, from 'Uthmān ibn Abī al-'Āṣ, that he said: "Were it not for the Friday prayer and congregational prayer, I would have built a room at the top of this house of mine, then entered it and never come out of it, until I come out to my grave." عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاصِ وَالْعُزْلَةُ٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: وَحُدِّثْتُ عَنْ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: وَحُدِّثْتُ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَلامٍ، ثنا عُيَيْنَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ، قَالَ: " لَوْلا الْجُمُعَةُ وَصَلاةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ، لَبَنَيْتُ فِي أَعْلَى دَارِي هَذِهِ بَيْتًا، ثُمَّ دَخَلْتُهُ فَلَمْ أَخْرُجْ مِنْهُ، حَتَّى أَخْرُجَ إِلَى قَبْرِي " (١) .
