118 - Muḥammad b. Rizq Allāh narrated to us: al-Rabīʿ b. Nāfiʿ narrated to us: Muʿāwiya b. Sallām narrated to us, from Yazīd b. Sallām that he heard Abū Sallām say: Abū Asmāʾ al-Raḥabī narrated to me, from Thawbān, the freed slave of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, who said: I was with the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, when a rabbi from the rabbis of the Jews came and said: "O Muḥammad, what is their gift on the day they enter Paradise?" He said: "The lobe of the liver of the fish." He said: "Then what is their food after it?" He said: "The bull of Paradise, which eats from its edges, will be slaughtered for them." He said: "Then what is their drink upon it?" He said: "From a spring therein named Salsabīl." He said: "So he affirmed his truthfulness."
