75 - Abū Khaythama narrated to us: ʿAffān narrated to us: Ḥammād b. Salama narrated to us from Thābit from Anas that he recited this verse {Indeed, We have granted you al-Kawthar} and said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: I was given al-Kawthar, and behold, it flows without having cleft a channel, and behold, its banks are domes of pearls. I struck my hand into its soil, and behold, it is pungent musk, and behold, its pebbles are pearls.
