"Indeed, there is no authority for him over those who have believed." This is like His saying: "And whoever Allah guides, there is no misguider for him."
﴿إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ سُلْطَانٌ عَلَى الَّذين آمنُوا﴾ هُوَ كَقَوْلِهِ: ﴿وَمَنْ يَهْدِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ من مضل﴾.
