"Are these"—meaning the people of Paradise—"the ones whom you swore would never reach God's mercy?" Then, the speech of the angels ends, and God says to them: "Enter Paradise," up to the end of the verse.
﴿أَهَؤُلَاءِ﴾ يَعْنُونَ: أَهْلَ الْجَنَّةِ ﴿الَّذِينَ أَقْسَمْتُمْ لَا ينالهم الله برحمة﴾ ثُمَّ انْقَطَعَ كَلَامُ الْمَلَائِكَةِ، وَقَالَ الله لَهُم: ﴿ادخُلُوا الْجنَّة﴾ الْآيَة.
