"And We wrote for him in the tablets from all things, an instruction and explanation for all things," meaning: an elucidation of everything they were commanded to do and forbidden from.
"So take them with determination," meaning: with diligence. "And command your people to take the best of it," meaning: what Allah has commanded them with. "I will show you the home of the defiantly disobedient," meaning: Pharaoh and his people; this is like His saying: "Thus, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them."
Surah Al-A'raf from verse (146) to verse (147).
﴿وَكَتَبْنَا لَهُ فِي الأَلْوَاحِ مِنْ كُلِّ شيءٍ مَوْعِظَةً وَتَفْصِيلا لِكُلِّ شيءٍ﴾ أَيْ: تَبِيِّينًا لِكُلِّ مَا أُمِرُوا بِهِ، وَنُهُوا عَنْهُ.
﴿فَخُذْهَا بِقُوَّةٍ﴾ أَيْ: بِجَدٍّ ﴿وَأْمُرْ قَوْمَكَ يَأْخُذُوا بأحسنها﴾ أَيْ: بِمَا أَمَرَهُمُ اللَّهُ بِهِ ﴿سأريكم دَار الْفَاسِقين﴾ يَعْنِي: فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمَهُ؛ وَهِيَ مِثْلُ قَوْلِهِ: ﴿كَذَلِكَ وَأَوْرَثْنَاهَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ﴾.
