His saying: "Neither trained to till the earth"
728 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Hammad narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi, who said regarding His saying: "Indeed, it is a cow, neither trained to till the earth": He said: It is not trained to be farmed with, nor does it irrigate the crops.
729 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad al-'Asqalani narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, Abu Ja'far al-Razi narrated to us, from al-Rabi' ibn Anas, from Abu al-'Aliyah: "To till the earth," he said: Meaning it is not trained to till the earth.
His saying: "Nor does it irrigate the crops"
730 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad narrated to us, Adam—meaning al-'Asqalani—narrated to us, Abu Ja'far al-Razi narrated to us, from al-Rabi' ibn Anas, from Abu al-'Aliyah: "Nor does it irrigate the crops," he says: It does not perform work in the cultivation.
731 - al-'Abbas ibn al-Walid ibn Mazid al-Bayruti informed me by way of reading, Ibn Shu'ayb informed me, 'Uthman ibn 'Ata' informed me, from his father: "Nor does it irrigate the crops"; the cow was not trained to be plowed with, nor was water drawn with it for watering the crops.
His saying: "Sound"
[First Aspect]
732 - al-Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn al-Sabah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid: "Sound" [meaning] free from blemishes.
733 - al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Rabi' narrated to us, 'Abd al-Razzaq reported to us, Ma'mar reported to us, from Qatadah regarding His saying: "Sound"; he says: It has no defect in it. And it was narrated similarly from Abu al-'Aliyah and al-Rabi' ibn Anas.
Second Aspect:
734 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, Abu Shaybah—Shu'ayb ibn Zurayq—narrated to us, from 'Ata' al-Khurasani, regarding "Sound," he said: Sound of limbs and physique.
His saying: "Having no blemish in it"
735 - al-Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn al-Sabah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, from Warqa', from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid: "Having no blemish in it"; he said: Neither white nor black.

قوله: تُثِيرُ الأَرْضَ
٧٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ قَالَ إِنَّهُ يَقُولُ: إنها بقرة لا ذلول تُثِيرُ الأَرْضَ قَالَ: لَيْسَتْ بِذَلُولٍ يُزْرَعُ عَلَيْهَا وَلَيْسَتْ تَسْقِي الْحَرْثَ.
٧٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامُ بْنُ رَوَّادٍ الْعَسْقَلانِيُّ ثنا آدَمُ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ: تُثِيرُ الأَرْضَ قَالَ: يَعْنِي لَيْسَتْ بِذَلُولٍ تُثِيرُ الأَرْضَ.
قَوْلُهُ: وَلا تَسْقِي الْحَرْثَ
٧٣٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامُ بْنُ رَوَّادٍ ثنا آدَمُ- يَعْنِي الْعَسْقَلانِيَّ- ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ: وَلا تَسْقِي الْحَرْثَ يَقُولُ لَا تَعْمَلُ فِي الْحَرْثِ.
٧٣١ - أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ مَزْيَدٍ الْبَيْرُوتِيُّ قِرَاءَةً أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شُعَيْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ: وَلا تَسْقِي الْحَرْثَ فَلَمْ تَكُنِ الْبَقَرَةُ ذَلُولا يُحْرَثُ عَلَيْهَا، وَلا يُسْتَقَى عَلَيْهَا الْمَاءُ، يُسْقَى بِهِ الْحَرْثُ.
قَوْلُهُ: مسلمة

٧٣٢ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ ثنا شَبَابَةُ ثنا وَرْقَاءُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ: مُسَلَّمَةٌ مِنَ الشِّيَةِ.
٧٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ «١» ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: مُسَلَّمَةٌ يَقُولُ: لَا عَيْبَ فِيهَا. وَكَذَا رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيةِ، وَالرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ.

٧٣٤ - حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامُ بْنُ رَوَّادٍ ثنا آدَمُ ثنا أَبُو شَيْبَةَ- شُعَيْبُ بْنُ زُرَيْقٍ- عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ مُسَلَّمَةٌ قَالَ مُسَلَّمَةُ الْقَوَائِمِ وَالْخَلْقِ.
قَوْلُهُ: لَا شِيَةَ فِيهَا
٧٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ ثنا شَبَابَةُ عَنْ وَرْقَاءَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ: لا شِيَةَ فِيهَا قال لا بياض ولا سواد.
