177 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, Abu Ghassan narrated to us, Salamah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Ishaq said, in what Muhammad ibn Abi Muhammad narrated to me, from 'Ikrimah or Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas: "Deaf, dumb, blind, so they do not return," meaning they do not return to guidance. This is also how al-Rabi' ibn Anas interpreted it.
